Demons & Wizards - III [2LP & Booklet] Gatefold Vinyl: A Power Metal Masterpiece You Need to Own

Why Demons & Wizards - III Is a Landmark Album for Metal Fans

Demons & Wizards is not just a band - it is a legendary collaboration between two of power metal's most iconic figures: Hansi Kursch (Blind Guardian) and Jon Schaffer (Iced Earth). Their third studio album, simply titled "III", was released on February 21, 2020, and it instantly became a modern classic. Now available as a deluxe 2LP gatefold vinyl edition with a booklet, this is the definitive way to experience the album's rich production, epic storytelling, and thunderous riffs.

If you are a fan of melodic metal, fantasy lyrics, or simply appreciate high-quality vinyl pressings, this edition is a treasure. The album blends Schaffer's aggressive rhythm guitar work with Kursch's soaring, operatic vocals, creating a sound that is both heavy and majestic. From the opening track "Diabolic" to the haunting cover of "White Room" by Cream, every moment on "III" is crafted with precision and passion.

Tracklist Highlights and Musical Journey

Let's take a closer look at what awaits you on these two records. The album opens with "Diabolic", a fast-paced track that sets the tone with aggressive drums and a catchy chorus. "The Lost and the Damned" follows, showcasing Kursch's ability to tell a dark story through his voice. The song "Timeline" is a progressive epic that shifts between heavy verses and melodic interludes, while "Daughter of the Sun" offers a more atmospheric and mystical vibe.

The second LP begins with "Universal Truth", a track that has become a live staple. It features a massive, anthemic chorus that will stay in your head for days. Then comes "Split", where Al Di Meola's flamenco guitar solo adds a surprising and beautiful twist. The album closes with a powerful cover of "White Room", originally by Cream. Schaffer's riffs and Kursch's vocals transform this classic rock song into a metal anthem, proving their versatility and respect for music history.
